Jurgen W Schulze is a well-known personality in the insurance industry. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Hamburg and Bar admission, he began his journey as a Marine Claims Adjuster, dealing with all types of cargo, HULL, FD&D, and container claims for a P&I Club. He brought his skills and knowledge to a well-known insurance law firm in 1983, focusing on Marine insurance, arbitration, and litigation.
In 1998, he moved to New Jersey to join a firm specializing in Marine and general transport insurance claims, handling and investigating intricate, complex, and often high-value insurance claims. His experience made a significant impact on approaches to claims management as well as in-depth claims investigations.
In 2009, Mr. Schulze, managing partner of the company, started his own business, concentrating on insurance claims primarily relating to pharmaceuticals, electronics, and viticultural products. Mr. Schulze is an industry leader and a thoughtful visionary. As a prolific writer, he has authored countless essays, published numerous articles, and contributed to K.S. Vishvanath’s latest edition of “Insuring Cargoes – A Practical Guide to the Law and Practice.” He has always aimed to share his knowledge and experience at seminars and conferences. His dedication to his business and industry is the driving force behind our success.
Over the years, Mr. Schulze has attended numerous academic as well as further education courses, earning the “ACA” accreditation from the University of Central Florida, and pursuing studies at the Skaggs School of Pharmacy of the University of California, Kaplan University, and Johns Hopkins University.
